A pleasant surprise at breakfast

Every morning, I was delighted by the fresh selection at breakfast. The friendly staff made it even more enjoyable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

However, the pool was quite dirty, making it less appealing for a quick dip. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Comfortable beds made it a bit easier.

The only elevator was out of order, which was incredibly frustrating for us. With a family of five, including kids, dragging luggage up to the second floor was a nightmare. We were given only two keys, making it even tougher to maneuver between the kids and our bags at late check-in. It felt like an ordeal instead of a relaxing stay.

The hotel is just a short walk from the sacramento children's museum and eateries like sala thai, making it perfect for those who love exploring on foot. it felt great to have so many parks like hagan community park nearby for a leisurely afternoon in nature.

Super spacious room, and the location was a breeze for my daughter's volleyball tournament! Breakfast options were a delight—seriously, those waffles were calling my name.

But goodness, the hair on my bed made me feel like I was at a salon instead of a hotel. Who knew sleeping would come with a side of unexpected hairdo?

Super convenient location!

We had a nice stay for 5 nights! The room was clean and comfy. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good too. Loved that we had a McDonald's right next door. Only thing is, our handicap accessible room was a bit cramped, so it was tricky for my husband to move around.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and worked hard to accommodate needs. The vibe of the area brought a sense of community that was refreshing to experience. I enjoyed the breakfast variety, especially the fresh options which kept things interesting. The outdoor pool offered a nice break after a long day.

best western plus offers a great breakfast with fresh options like two different sausages, eggs, and waffles. the outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the fitness center is a nice touch. being right off rt 50 made it super easy to explore the area!

The room was spacious and nicely updated. We had plenty of room for our family, and the mini fridge was perfect for keeping drinks cool after a day at Nimbus Dam. The staff was kind, which made our stay even better, especially with my brother joining us.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool was closed and that disappointed the kids. It would be great to have family-friendly activities available so children can enjoy themselves during downtime.

This place has the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Like, seriously, they had everything from omelets to hash browns! And the staff were very nice, even fixed the TV for me super fast.

The location was convenient, providing easy access to the freeway, which was a significant plus during our short visit. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast, featuring homemade Belgian waffles, was a delightful surprise with a good variety. However, the room had a musty smell, and the decor felt outdated. On top of that, the check-in process was rather impolite, which dampened the overall mood of the stay.
